This kitchen remodel was completed in Boring, Oregon. The home owners had some unique visions including a fully custom blue color for the cabinets as well as some space saving pull out features in the Butler's Pantry. Featuring full slab backsplashes for a clean and easy to maintain surface provided by Galloni Granite and Quartz located in Estacada, Oregon.
The Pink Kitchen
This kitchen remodel was Portland, Oregon and features a eye popping pink tile backsplash. While the color choice is unique it is still calming and quieted by the white cabinetry and beautiful green kitchen island featuring a wine refrigerator. This homeowner worked with the design firm Arbor and Company. Longhouse built custom floating shelves over the workspace to allow for a inviting open storage look. Longhouse also custom sprayed the cabinets the beautiful crispy white color onsite after installing them. This kitchen remodel and dinning room renovation was located in the Portland, Oregon Vernon neighborhood. There are a few eye catching features of this space saving kitchen. Our favorite is the custom wood block counter top that Stephen hand crafted that has an extendable edge to it allowing for additional work space and then tucking away nicely. This homeowner worked with the design firm Arbor and Company who choose the eye catching tile floor design.
Gresham, Oregon Kitchen Remodel
Gresham, Oregon is the a great town for suburban living and boasts large homes up on Highland Hill. However, this spacious home was feeling tight and cramped during meal time and needed some walls removed. The homeowner opted for timeless wood cabinets featuring extra workspace in the dinning room. This kitchen remodel allowed the homeowner to be included in the conversations happening with her family in the living room while still being able to prepare meals for her busy family.
Portland Montavilla Kitchen Remodel
This craftsman bungalow kitchen renovation in Portland, Oregon required a few key components. There were structural issues with removing the beam and required footing work in the basement to secure the load of the new beam. The homeowner. wanted to keep the charm of the entry way to the back part of the house while providing a more useable space. Stephen took the cabinets that were semi custom and cut one of them up onsite to accommodate the layout required. Additionally, when the homeowner decided they didn't love the floating shelves that were provided by the cabinet company, Stephen custom crafted here unique floating shelves over the work space. Another kitchen remodel located in Troutdale Oregon. This homeowner went with a traditional look and standard tile backsplash. Custom trim applied to rounded corner in living room we fabricated onsite.
Parklane Kitchen Remodel
This Parklane home in SE Portland Oregon was remodeled before selling. The plumbing needed some work, but the prefabricated budget friendly cabinets and quartz countertops provided by Baseline Granite and Marble were just the
right fit. The home had multiple offers the first day on the market and was closed within 30 days.
